隱私權政策
引言
WeLink（由瑞士 Adamas Group SA 營運）致力於保護使用者的隱私。本隱私權政策說明我們如何收集、使用和保護您的個人資料。
收集的資料
當您使用 WeLink 時，我們會收集以下資料：

- 提供和改善 WeLink 服務
- 產生電子郵件簽名檔、個人檔案頁面、QR Code 和 VCF 名片
- 就您的帳戶相關事宜與您聯繫
- 確保平台的安全和正常運作
託管與安全
所有資料託管在瑞士的安全伺服器上。資料在儲存和傳輸過程中均有加密保護（TLS 1.3）。我們絕不會將您的資料傳輸至瑞士境外。
Microsoft 365 integration & Outlook add-in
When your organisation connects Microsoft 365, WeLink accesses only what is needed to manage and deploy your email signatures:
- Directory data — names, email addresses and departments of your team members (Microsoft Graph: User.Read.All, Directory.Read.All), used to map signatures to the right people.
- Signature deployment — for server-side modes, signatures are written through Microsoft Exchange (Set-MailboxMessageConfiguration or a transport rule). This requires your administrator to grant WeLink the Exchange Administrator role, which can be revoked at any time.
- Outlook add-in — when used, the add-in inserts the chosen signature into the message you are composing, entirely on your device at compose time.
- No access to the content of your emails — WeLink never reads, stores or processes the body of your messages.
Sub-processors for this integration are Microsoft (Graph and Exchange APIs) and our core hosting provider. You can disconnect Microsoft 365 at any time from the WeLink dashboard, which revokes WeLink's access.
