Preamble

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the WeLink platform, operated by Adamas Group SA, Switzerland.

Service description

WeLink is a SaaS platform enabling organizations to create and manage the digital identity of their team members: HTML email signatures, profile pages (WeLink Pages), custom QR codes and digital business cards (VCF).

Registration and account

• Registration is free and requires a valid email address.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

Acceptable use

You agree to:

• Use the service in accordance with applicable laws
• Not publish unlawful, defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights
• Not attempt to compromise the security of the platform
• Not use the service for spam or unsolicited communications

Intellectual property

WeLink and its content (code, design, brand) are the property of Adamas Group SA. You retain ownership of the content you publish on the platform.

Pricing and billing

Prices are displayed in CHF and may be modified with 30 days' notice. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on the chosen plan. You may cancel at any time.

Limitation of liability

WeLink is provided "as is". Adamas Group SA does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and disclaims any liability for indirect damages resulting from the use of the service.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time. Adamas Group SA reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in case of violation of these Terms.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Switzerland.
